New Studyladder tasks have been set for this week.

Area, Volume and Money due to our focus on the student budget and home building over these few weeks.

Studyladder only allows us to do 3 tasks per night. For instance you can do 2 data tasks (once) and

the times tables task as many times as you want.

MATHS

Floorplanner: Begin the design of their new home.
It can be no bigger than 2/5 of their land grant (Each block is 20m x 50m)
A standard house has

•  2 living areas (or 1 large room) for dining and lounge
• 1 kitchen
• 3 bedrooms
• 3 wet areas (1 toilet, 1 bathroom & 1 laundry)

Any extra rooms in these catagories will incur higher costs per square meter.

Roughly a standard room is $1000 per square meter

Extra in a catagory is $2000 per square meter

JAPANESE

There will be a test this Friday on ALL the hiragana characters. Katakana test for level 2 students on various sets.
Spend 5 minutes on three nights, or/and during Drive Time to revise them.

Floorplanner: Students are learning to use the floorplanner app for homework by designing their home residence. Students with previous experience have negotiated another building.
