READING
Please find the time to read everyday for 10 minutes or more.
Your challenge this week is to get a picture of you sleeping while reading, and email it to Mr Whitehead

SPELLING
Complete your look, say, cover, write, check in their LSCWC small notebook.
The 4 boxes in their LSCWC book need to be completed by Thursday.
It is best that they complete a LSCWC on separate nights. Some kids have shown great improvement with a practice test also given by their parents on one night. Please get them to slip/staple any extra practice evidence into their book, to show us.(LSD)

Know 2 places, and 3 items that you can substitute into the pattern

Swimming - Year 5 only. Please return permission /payment slip, consent form  (Personal Detais and Health Support Information), and  Swimming Ability Questionaire.
Childrens Week Sausage Sizzle- Orders close on Wednesday at 4:00pm

Use the 3 items from each of the rooms (kitchen, bedroom, own choice) that you researched last week..
Practise saying them until you don't need to look.
To find out how to say an item in Japanese, use the dictionary provided in your Japnaese folder.
You can also add words you don't know to the house items dictionary
If you know the Japanese you can add it.
I will also check and translate words.
