Complete your look, say, cover, write, check in their LSCWC small notebook.
The 4 boxes in their LSCWC book need to be completed by Thursday.
It is best that students complete a LSCWC on separate nights. Some kids have shown great improvement with a practice test also given by their parents on one night. Please get them to stick/staple any extra practice evidence into their book, to show us.
READING
Read for a minimum of ten minutes every night or twenty minutes three times in a week.
Please find a way to read with someone, not to someone if possible.
TIMES TABLES
This week's focus are the 4 & 6 times tables. Please demonstrate/record how you have learnt or practised for homework.
This may be anything. Some suggestions may be:
- A rhyme
- Written on paper
- A video
- A song
- A pattern
JAPANESE
Show your parents the document 'Japanese in the classroom' and explain to them how you will be using this. Teach someone at home 5 new Japanese words. Revise them later in the week. Test them before Monday week 4. How did they go? This should take no more than 20 minutes over a few days.
