STUDY LADDER

LSCWC 
Students are expected to complete three LSCWC (Look, Say, Cover, Write, Check) by Tuesday morning.                                                           (LSD)

READING
Read for ten minutes every night or twenty minutes three times in a week.

JAPANESE
Take home hiragana flashcards ring to learn at home.

HISTORY
Students will be creating their own time line about a family member using Google drawings. It will need to include birth and a minimum of six significant events, and three personal memories (things the student may not know e.g. when that member bought his/her first car.

SIGN IN TO KHAN ACADEMY
Share the introduction to Khan Academy Ethos video.
Have parents assist with sign up as it requires parental permission.

We are aware that some of this may be a little confusing to parents at the moment. We will discuss and demonstrate how to access homework expectations and how we will communicate throughout the year further at the Chromebook Night in Week 5.
